Every adventure begins with a bold idea. Ours was to change the way people watched TV, and we started by bringing DISH to where big cable wouldn’t: rural America. Along the way, we invented the DVR, launched satellites into space, and gave millions of consumers new power over what they watched. Then we disrupted the very industry we helped create by launching the first-ever live streaming service, Sling TV. Today, we’re embarking on our most ambitious journey yet, building a first-of-its-kind, cloud-native 5G network — and we want you to join us. Opportunity is here. We are DISH.

Resume Books

In addition to the employer job opportunities, students may submit their resume to a "Resume Book" that corresponds to their career area of interest.

What is a resume book?

A resume book is a collection of students' career documents pooled together based upon career community. The resume collection will be shared with employers participating in Skidmore Recruitment Week that have vacancies in their interview schedules. Should this happen, companies will be shown selected resume books to be able to invite candidates for interviews.

By submitting a resume to a resume book, students are not committed to accepting an interview offer by a Skidmore Recruitment Week company.  However, if there is a vacancy in an interview schedule, by submitting a resume, students are potentially better positioned to receive more interview offers.
Several candidates received interview invitations from submitting their documents in resume books during Skidmore Recruitment Day 2019 and 2020.

NOTE: Resume books will ONLY be shared with employers upon request. Submitting a resume to a resume book simply increases the likelihood of an interview.
