Ensemble Connect performance and residency
Ensemble Connect — a group of the finest young professional classical musicians based out of Carnegie Hall — returns Oct. 24 to 28, for their biannual residency and performance at Skidmore, now in its 17th year. Their performance at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 27, in Arthur Zankel Music Center will feature Franz Schubert’s lively “Trout” quintet, Samuel Barber’s “Summer Music,” and Missy Mazzoli’s “Still Life with Avalanche.”
Sٱd Art Faculty Exhibition

Celebration of President Emeritus Philip A. Glotzbach
Join President Marc C. Conner and members of the Skidmore community in Gannett Auditorium, at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 18, for a panel discussion celebrating the era of Philip A. Glotzbach, Skidmore's seventh President. The panel will be facilitated by Susan Kress, professor of English emerita and former vice president for academic affairs. A reception will follow.
