Fall 2024 Flu and COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics
Health Services has partnered with Adirondack Health and Wellness to offer influenza (flu) and COVID-19 vaccines at several clinics throughout Fall semester, available to all Skidmore students, faculty and staff. Clinics will be held in the Multipurpose Room at Williamson Sports Center. Students and employees can receive one or both vaccines at any of the clinics.
Influenza (Flu) Vaccine
Print, complete, and bring the Flu Immunization Consent Form with you to the clinic. If you are under age 18, you must have a parent or guardian sign the Consent Form. If receiving both flu and COVID-19 vaccines, two separate consent forms must be completed. Please keep a copy of the Consent Form provided by Adirondack Health and Wellness, as Health Services does not receive this record and you may need documentation for employment, etc.
Please also bring your health insurance card and drivers license with you. Most insurance carriers, including the student health insurance plan through United Healthcare, will cover the cost of the flu vaccine. If your insurance is not accepted, you may pay with Venmo, cash, credit card or check.
There are two flu vaccines available:
- A quadrivalent vaccine for those younger than 65 for $37.00 if paying out-of-pocket
- A high-dose vaccine for those ages 65 and older for $72.00 if paying out-of-pocket
Covid-19 Vaccine
Print, complete, and bring the COVID-19 Vaccine Consent Form with you to the clinic. If you are under age 18, you must have a parent/guardian sign the Consent Form. If receiving both flu and COVID-19 vaccines, two separate consent forms must be completed. Please keep a copy of the Consent Form provided by Adirondack Health and Wellness, as Health Services does not receive this record and you may need this documentation for employment, etc.
