Skidmore Spotlight: Hannah Matecko-Conti
Hannah Matecko-Conti works as a public access assistant in the Circulation Department
at Scribner Library, helping library patrons find what they are looking for, putting
items on reserve for courses and working closely with student workers.
She joined Skidmore earlier this year after graduating from St. Olaf College in Minnesota
and then working in Shanghai, China teaching English to graduate students and math
in English at a middle school. She was a student worker at St. Olaf’s library as well
as at Scribner Library a few summers ago.
“I really enjoy liberal arts institutions and the unique atmosphere of a college library,”
Matecko-Conti said.
When not on campus, she enjoys rowing with Saratoga Rowing Association on Fish Creek
and Saratoga Lake.
