Sarah Ford is an environmental service technician in Facilities Services. A member of Skidmore鈥檚 COVID-19 cleaning team, she contributed to the College鈥檚 efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19 on campus this year.  

Ford, who wears special protective equipment on the job, has helped to clean and disinfect spaces throughout campus, including public areas, dormitories and areas used for quarantine or isolation.  

鈥淪ince the pandemic, the cleaning process requires longer times for each project,鈥� Ford noted.  

She said she especially values the collaborative and supportive atmosphere at Skidmore.  

鈥淚 really appreciate that each day brings an interesting new project and the great collaboration and teamwork.鈥� 

When she is not at Skidmore, Ford enjoys spending time with family.
