David Domozych, professor of biology, is co-author of the paper "" in Nature Communications Biology. The paper describes how land plants have evolved from green algae and is a culmination of work of researchers from the University of Copenhagen, Technical University of Denmark, University of Edinburgh, Newcastle University and Skidmore College.

William Kennerly, senior teaching professor of chemistry, co-authored an article, “” in the Journal of Chemical Education. The authors content-analyzed a Zoom discussion among 80 physical chemists about the challenges of spring 2020 and brainstorming how to transform their pedagogy for the new academic year.
