This timeline traces the history of cultural spaces at Skidmore College, highlighting the evolution and commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Each milestone laid the foundation for the creation of the Wyckoff Center.

April 1970 
Black Cultural Center opens on Skidmoreā€™s Old Campus in Grove House

Top floor of Starbuck Center adds a multi-cultural leadership center 


September 2001 
Class of 1972 InterCultural Center (ICC) Opens in Case Center
