Colleen Burke, director of the Skidmore-Saratoga Consulting Partnership
Executive-in-Residence Colleen Burke has been director of the Skidmore-Saratoga Consulting
Partnership since 2013. Burke has an MBA from Harvard University and is currently
ABD (completing her dissertation). She has been a professor at Skidmore for 18 years
and a consultant to Fortune 500 firms, social enterprises and tech startups for 25
years.
In addition, faculty from throughout Skidmore make themselves available to contribute
to SSCP clients and guide student consultants. It would not be possible to run the
Skidmore-Saratoga Consulting Partnership without the assistance of faculty with such
diverse specializations.
Our Consultants - Spring 2024
SSCP student consultants have been selected through a rigorous assessment process that includes nominations by faculty, an honors-level GPA of 3.6 or above and interviews with the program’s student managers and faculty director. SSCP consultants include students from diverse majors and minors including business, economics, psychology, studio art, art history, computer science, sociology and dance.

Rowan Bradlee- 2024
Rowan is a senior from Reading, Massachusetts and is majoring in Management and Business. He is returning to SSCP as a manager for the second time, where prior to this role as a manager, he was part of a team that consulted for Bare Blends in the spring of 2023. His junior summer he interned at LightForce in Boston, a startup healthcare manufacturer as part of the marketing team. This past summer he also interned at Fidelity Investments in their fin-tech startup division focusing heavily on industry research. On campus Rowan works in the Management and Business Department and is assisting in the development of a new student-alumni career advancement system. Following graduation, he is exploring careers within financial services and strategy consulting. In his free time, he enjoys fly fishing and golfing.
Ethan Harvey- 2024
Ethan is a senior from Shelburne, Vermont majoring in Management and Business. He is returning to SSCP as a manager. He spent last semester on a team that consulted for Double H Ranch. Last spring, he lived in Montpellier, France studying international business at the Montpellier School of Management. He is entering his fourth semester working in the business department as an MB107 Student Coordinator. This summer he coached a youth basketball camp and worked in the restaurant business. In his free time, he plays basketball, tennis, and golf. After graduation, Ethan hopes to pursue a career in strategic consulting or marketing.
Molly Perrine- 2024
Molly is a senior from Pleasantville, New York. She is pursuing a Management and Business major with a minor in International Affairs and Italian. This is her third semester in SSCP after working for the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame in Spring 2023 as a consultant and then iRun in Fall 2023 as a manager. This past summer, Molly worked for Mursion, a startup technology company that measured emotional intelligence. She primarily worked within business strategy, innovation, and marketing. Now, she is working as a marketing intern and consultant for Wave Marketing Co., an agency located in the Capital-region. Following her graduation from Skidmore College, she will pursue brand expansion and strategy

Ian Bentley- 2024
Ian is a senior from Fairfield, Connecticut majoring in Management & Business. This is his first semester as an SSCP consultant. This past summer, he worked as a personal care assistant for students with disabilities, while also coaching youth basketball camps at Skidmore and back home in Connecticut. In his free time, Ian enjoys weightlifting, hiking, and going to the beach. On campus, Ian is a Liberty League All-Academic member and is captain of the men’s basketball team. He also is a member of the SAAC (Student-Athlete Advisory Committee) Executive Board, where he helps promote athletic events across campus. After graduation, Ian plans to pursue his MBA with hopes of being a Basketball Graduate Assistant before exploring different finance career paths.
Isaac Carey- 2024
Isaac is a senior from Belmont, Massachusetts majoring in Economics with a minor in Philosophy. This is his first semester as an SSCP consultant. On campus, Isaac is a Student-Manager at one of Skidmore’s dining spots, the SPA. This past Spring, Isaac studied in Copenhagen, Denmark where he focused on gaining a global perspective both in his Economic coursework and personal endeavors. Over the summer, Isaac worked for a temp agency and as a private contractor doing jobs in manual labor, food service, and customer service. Outside of work and the classroom, Isaac is interested in weight training and is learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and guitar.
Zana Dzanan- 2025
Zana is a junior from Bosnia and Herzegovina majoring in Management and Business with a minor in Arts Administration. This is her second semester as an SSCP consultant. In Bosnia, she worked as a Sales and Marketing intern for three distinct businesses, gaining experience in sales, web design, and digital marketing. Prior to attending Skidmore, she attended UWC Adriatic in Duino, Italy, where she obtained her IB diploma and studied Italian. Furthermore, she worked as a Sales intern at Five Towers Media in Saratoga Springs this past summer and will continue to do so during the fall semester. In her spare time, she enjoys photography and playing different types of music.
Emma Jennison- 2024
Emma is a senior from San Francisco majoring in Economics with minors in Business and International Affairs. This is her first semester as an SSCP consultant. This past summer she interned at Farther, a FinTech wealth management firm in New York City, where she worked as a liaison between financial advisors and the head of business development. On campus, she is a Varsity Women’s Riding team member and competed at the IHSA National Championship in May 2023, where the team won its 9th national title. She is a board member of the Women in Business Club and a French Peer Academic Coach. She loves to ski, kite surf, play guitar, read, and run in her free time. After graduation, she hopes to pursue a career in the financial sector, emphasizing clean energy and technology investments to help foster a low-carbon economy.
Sam Kornet- 2025
Sam Kornet is a junior from Medfield, Massachusetts majoring in Management and Business. This is his first semester as a consultant for SSCP. This past summer, he interned with the Brand Building and Business Development team at Panera where he primarily focused on developing marketing strategies, promoting the brand, and driving business growth. On campus, he is on the Skidmore Baseball team. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, playing basketball, and weightlifting.
Maris Lau- 2024
Maris is a senior from Hong Kong and is double majoring in Management & Business and Environmental Studies. This is her first semester as a consultant for SSCP. This past summer she worked as a climate and sustainability analyst for Deloitte’s Risk Advisory department. She also worked for the University of Wisconsin’s environmental research team two summers ago and conducted her own research project during her time there. Prior to Skidmore, Maris studied in UWC Hong Kong which she obtained her IB diploma and began her passion towards sustainability. After graduation at Skidmore, Maris hopes to pursue a career in consulting and ESG practices.
Jess Noble- 2024
Jess is a senior from Summit, New Jersey, double majoring in Management & Business and Music. This is her first semester as a consultant for SSCP. Last spring, she spent the semester studying abroad in Vienna, Austria. This past summer, Jess was a Public Relations Intern for Beth Nydick Media, developing TV segment concepts, writing pitches, and designing social media content. At Skidmore, Jess works in the Management & Business Department as a student assistant, has a weekly radio show at WSPN, and is lead singer of the band “Hardly Know Her’. In her free time, she enjoys songwriting, film photography, playing guitar/piano, and playing ultimate frisbee. Post-graduation, Jess hopes to pursue a career in music business or consulting
Stephen Perez- 2025
Stephen is a Junior from Bloomfield, New Jersey and he is majoring in Management and Business. He is a member of the Skidmore Men’s Ice Hockey Team. This fall will be his second semester as an SSCP consultant. Prior to his time at Skidmore, he took two gap years to play junior hockey. He was fortunate enough to play in Maine, Texas and Long Island, New York. Last summer, he interned at Cushman & Wakefield as a Tenant Representation Intern. This past summer, he spent time in Denver, Colorado working as a hockey development coach for players ranging from 8 to 17 years of age. This upcoming summer he will be interning at Raymond James as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst. In his free time, he enjoys running, pickleball, and going to the beach.
Kaitlin Reif- 2024
Kaitlin is a senior from Wilton, Connecticut double-majoring in Management & Business and Psychology. This is her first semester as an SSCP consultant. Last summer she worked as a Marketing Intern for Federici Brands LLC, organizing social media content and assisting with marketing campaigns for Color Wow Hair. At Skidmore she works as a research assistant for the psychology department and as a lifeguard. Kaitlin is the president of Skidmore's Ultimate Frisbee team, member of Pulse! (Skidmore’s found objects percussion group) and a radio show host on WSPN 91.1 Skidmore College Radio. She has an interest in Industrial-Organizational psychology and the implications of social identity and intergroup dynamics in the workplace. In her free time she enjoys playing the drums and reading.
Tita Tuchinda- 2024
Tita is a senior from Thailand pursuing a double major in Management and Business & Psychology. This is her first semester as an SSCP consultant. In Bangkok, Tita interned at several companies and gained experience in social media outreach, on-camera interviewing, content writing, and risk management. On campus, Tita actively contributes to the student community. She is a part of the International Students Union for all four years, holding the position of co-president last semester and currently serves as a senior advisor for the club. Additionally, Tita is involved in student government association as a unity officer in her freshman year, followed by three years as an events coordinator. Tita also works in catering, where she handles the delivery and service of food for various events. Tita enjoys listening to music, working out at the gym, and spending quality time with her friends. Upon graduation, Tita plans to explore careers in consulting, marketing, and human resources.
Sissi Wu- 2025
Sissi, a junior from both Shenzhen, China and Newton, Massachusetts, is pursuing a dual major in Economics and History. This is her first semester as an SSCP consultant. She brings a wealth of experience from her summer internship at Lion's Law P.C., a middle-size law firm headquartered in Newton, MA. As a paralegal intern, she adeptly coordinated with over 40 clients, gathering factual details, analyzing legal issues, and providing quotes and legal opinions under supervision. She also participated in pro bono legal work, assisting a victim of sexual assault by organizing three successful fundraising events that collectively raised $30,000. On campus, she contributes as a PAC and student assistant at the Economics Department and serves as a Career Corps member at the Career Development Center. After graduation, Sissi wishes to pursue a JD at an American law school. She plays harp and loves dogs. Her bestie is Caroline, a six-year-old white Goldendoodle in her free time.
