Summer On-Campus Accommodations
Our conference services team will work with you to determine what accommodations best suit the needs of your group. Skidmore College offers two different residential options for our summer overnight guests - traditional Residence Hall rooms or a 3, 4 or 5 bedroom apartment to give your guests more space to spread out. Or perhaps a combination of the two is what you are looking for! We will help you in picking the perfect space!
Our staff can provide:
- One contact through which a planner may secure all campus services and support
- One contract and itemized bill that covers all services the planner will receive from the college
- Provide information on Saratoga Springs area housing, dining, travel, transportation
- Create group housing reservations
- Operate a fully staffed registration desk for check-in, as well as customer service and maintenance calls throughout event
- Provide ID/meal card and lanyard at check-in
- Arrange Safety Orientation
- Give staff the ability to access all assigned, residential rooms in the event of an emergency
- Provide on-call assistance during your stay
- Provide bedspread and pillow in all residential rooms
- Offer bedsheet linen and bath towel packages (additional fee)

Apartment Living
The Northwoods Village - Built in 2006 and with 3 new buildings added in 2011, The Northwoods Village offers your guest an individual bedroom within a 3 or 4 person loft or garden-style apartment.
The apartment includes the following amenities:
- Full Kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, sink, stove/oven and dishwasher
- Fully furnished living room
- Full sized beds
- Laundry rooms centrally located in each building
- Bike racks located in laundry rooms
- Wireless internet
Sussman Village A & B - Built in 2012, these apartments house a total of five guests in individual bedrooms per apartment. They are two-story town homes with one bedroom on the first level and four bedrooms on the second.
The apartment includes the following amenities:
- Full kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, sink and stove/oven
- Fully furnished living room
- Twin sized raised beds
- Laundry rooms centrally located in each building
- Wireless Internet
Sussman Village F-L - Built in 2013, Skidmore's newest apartments house a total of 2 or 4 guests in individual bedrooms per apartment. They are one, two & three-story town homes.
The apartment includes the following amenities:
- Full kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and stove/oven
- Fully furnished living room
- Full sized raised beds
- Laundry rooms centrally located in each building

Residence Hall Living
With eight different traditional residence halls on campus, we can offer your group single, double or even triple rooms for your guests. Seven of our eight residence halls offer suite-style living where four to eight guests share a common bathroom. Each residence hall offers a main lounge area, small floor lounges and shared restroom facilities.
